Miss Nelson’s class is the worst behaved in the whole school. Spitballs flying across the room, paper airplanes sailing every which way and uncontrollable children send the gentle, long-suffering teacher, Miss Nelson, over the edge. But the students of Room 207 are in for a surprise when Miss Nelson turns up missing and is replaced by Viola Swamp, a scary substitute teacher who assigns copious amounts of homework and wields her ruler like a samurai! In desperation, the students set out to find their beloved Miss Nelson … but will they ever get her back? Lessons of appreciation and respect.

CAMP DETAILS
Your children will be immersed in a true theatre experience as they audition, learn and rehearse choreography, and memorize lines! They’ll feel the energy of creating a theatre community while building our own sets, rehearsing the scenes and vocals, and creating the memorable characters found in this beloved children's book.

(NOTE: All students who are registered will be part of the ensemble and will be considered for speaking roles. The purpose of this low stress audition is to fit each student in a role where they can thrive together. Students are expected to begin learning their lines and music ahead of camp.)
