SCHOLARHSHIPS
The goal of Imago Performing Arts Scholarships is to provide access to art classes (including but not limited to visual art, theatre, dance, and music) for those who would otherwise not be able to participate.
It is through the donations of our generous donors that Imago Performing Arts Scholarship Fund is able to offer financial assistance to families and individuals in the community seeking to engage with the arts. Imago Performing Arts desires to steward these resources well and use them to enrich the lives of those who demonstrate a real need.
Below are the criteria on which scholarship awards are based:
TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships for ongoing classes (including Private Lessons)
Scholarships for block* classes
Scholarships for summer theatre camp
Scholarships for theatre production participation
*A block class is a class that takes place over a set amount of weeks and is not ongoing.

- Since scholarship funds are limited, our plan is to assign them on a first come, first served basis.
- We value what we personally invest in. It’s because of that fact, IPA asks its scholarship recipients to pay at least a portion of the class fee/cost.
- Imago Performing Arts will ask applicants to re-submit information each time they apply.
- All applications are kept confidential.
- Imago Performing Arts will provide a timely response to all applications.
- Unfortunately, we will be unable to review any application that is missing information, so please fill it out thoroughly and let us know if you have any questions before submitting the application.
