Imago Performing Arts is pleased to share with you and your family Charles Dickens’ classic ghost of a tale in an imaginative and simple storytelling format. Lift the transfigured door knocker and enter the bleak and frugal home of Ebenzer Scrooge, meet the spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet-to-Come, and let your heart experience the transformation and redemption of a soul who has learned to keep Christmas well.
PLEASE NOTE:
For the safety of our cast, particularly the children, and our wider community, all those auditioning must either be fully vaccinated or be willing to be tested 48 hours before rehearsals and performances. This not only helps keep us all safe, it creates the conditions in which live theatre can exist and flourish in a pandemic-stricken world. Your understanding is valued and appreciated.
Children under 12 involved in the production will be masked at all times.

Callback Auditions

2020 Vision:
A Community COVID Storytelling Project
POSTPONED...AGAIN!
Due to the current surges of both the delta and omicron coronavirus variants, it is with great regret that we yet again postpone auditions and performance dates for this original work. The health of our community is our paramount concern. Please check back frequently and watch social media announcements to find out when this project will move forward.

Believing it will take more than a vaccine, a negative test, or a normal temperature to heal from our collective COVID-19 pandemic experiences and convinced that story is a crucial part of the healing process, IPA is excited to bring you our community storytelling project! This original work is currently in development and will be based on the stories you tell us. These stories will be curated and edited by IPA’s artistic director, Bobbie Jeffrey. The project welcomes director Ana Sharp Williamson to the IPA stage.
Roles for a diverse cast of:
4 females (one Asian)
4 males (one Latino)
Must be at least 16 or older and vaccinated or be willing to undergo frequent testing to audition.
